Act as ambassador for the Employee and Organizational Development team with a strong focus on (internal) customer service Primarily self-directed in consulting with internal customers on standard and complex problems and issues. Develop and administer consistent, standardized content development and deployment practices within Omnicell's learning management system (LMS). Gather and act on information gathered to enhance participants learning experiences. Develop and implement skill assessment programs to evaluate the effectiveness of the training program in enabling participants to successfully apply the information learned. Collaborate with facilitators and the Director of E&OD to plan, develop, organize, write, and edit training tools, including training guides, tutorials, and job aids. Demonstrate the ability to optimize the use of a Learning Management System (Docebo) for hosting course content.
Create training materials for HR programs (such as performance management and talent review) and topics in conjunction with HR Team members where learning objectives, content, activities, and evaluation techniques are aligned, cohesive and adhere to adult learning principles.

They will develop complete learning solutions, which could include instructor-led training (virtual and classroom), e-learning, support material design, and/or job aids.
